Information Technology Officer (Shek Kip Mei)

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology related disciplines;
  • Holder of industry certificate for system / network administration such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE and CCNA;
  • 5-year experience in administration, maintenance, and tech-support of PC, printer, software, server, share folder, email, website, and other IT-related facilities;
  • Solid field experience in network management and administration;
  • Good knowledge in information security management and general controls;
  • Work experience in project management and tendering an advantage;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Independent, self-motivated, good communication and problem solving skills; and
  • Those with less experience or Diploma holder will be considered as Assistant Information Technology Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of daily technical support services to end users;
  • Manage network infrastructure and components such as firewalls, network switches, Wi-Fi and other networking facilities;
  • Carry out administration works of information systems in the headquarters, such as user account management, deployment, patch management and backup of system data;
  • Maintain information security measures for network infrastructure, systems, servers, workstations and other IT equipment;
  • Procure and install computer equipment and software for end users and update relevant inventory records;
  • Assist in development and enhancement of information systems in need basis; and
  • Assist in updating of the contents in the intranet and official website.
