Human Resources Officer (Shek Kip Mei)

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline;
  • 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects obtained Level 2 in HKDSE including Chinese Language and English Language (Syl.B);
  • Min. 5 years' relevant experience;
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & related legislations;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Good command of written English & Chinese;
  • Mature, proactive, independent, able to work under pressure;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills;
  • A good team player with can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions;
  • Screen CVs, arrange and attend interviews;
  • Responsible for Staff Training & Development;
  • Prepare HR data analysis;
  • Organize staff activities and staff engagement programmes;
  • Take up ad-hoc HR projects and assignments.
