See and Touch - Fun for Inclusion

To celebrate the 55th Anniversary of Factory for the Blind (FTY) and 20th Anniversary of Family Resource Centre for the Visually Impaired Center (FRC) under HKSB, we organized “See and Touch – Fun for Inclusion” event on 20 October 2018 at Kwun Tong apm mall. It was our honour to have Mr. Caspar Tsui, JP, Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare to be the Officiating Guest of the Ceremony.
