Transdisciplinary Model Care of Aged Blind-Research to Clinical Practice

To celebrate the 65th Anniversary of The Hong Kong Society for the Blind, we are pleased to host a webinar on “Transdisciplinary Model Care of Aged Blind-Research to Clinical Practice”. This conference will draw together a congregation of local experts from different background in the field of Aged Care, such as speech therapist, occupational therapist, physiotherapists, social workers, nurses, biomedical engineers, etc., to share findings of their researches based on clinical practices, with an aim to establish a regional based transdisciplinary and inter-professional network, based in Hong Kong, for better community and residential care of elderly with visual impairment.
