To support progression to open employment, the Factory further strengthened its advanced training in food and beverage, retail and logistics. In particular, retail training was enhanced through the expansion of sales channels to create practical learning opportunities for trainees. The Factory joined Ngaukee Store and set up a dedicated sales training point at Yue Man Square. In addition, monthly charity sales were organized in collaboration with United Christian Hospital, Haven of Hope Hospital and Tseung Kwan O Hospital, serving as platforms for on-site sales training.

Through these booth sales, trainees gained hands on experience in customer service and retail operations, increased their interaction with the community, and built greater confidence and communication skills. The strong support from local residents and healthcare staff, reflected in the popularity of products such as PATH almond cookies, handmade bags and eye masks, further demonstrates public recognition of the working abilities of persons with disabilities.
