Social Worker (Aged Blind Home) (Tuen Mun)

• Work at Aged Blind Homes
• Registered Social Worker
• Diploma in Social Work or above
• To act as Case Manager, supervise the training staff in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Individual Training Plan and Individual care plan for service users
• To supervise a team of front-line workmen
• Post-qualification experience in aged home preferable
• Shift duty required
