Social Worker (DAC cum Hostel) (Shek Kep Mei)

• Work at Morning Glory Day Activity Centre cum Hostel
• Registered Social Worker
• Diploma in Social Work or above
• To act as Case Manager, supervise the training staff in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Individual Training Plan and Individual care plan for service users
• One year post-qualification experience in rehabilitation services preferable
