Talent-Wise Employment Charter and Inclusive Organisations Recognition Scheme

Organizers: The Labour and Welfare Bureau (LWB), the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee, the Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.

Award background: The Scheme seeks to engage employers of all trades and sectors in providing more internship and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, thereby unleashing their potential, enabling their self-reliance, fostering social integration and building a caring and supportive society for all.

Friendly Employment Award: To give due recognition to Inclusive Organizations which employees with disabilities; utilize the work ability of employees with disabilities effectively, thereby unleashing their potential and facilitating their sustainable development or promote their business partners to employ with disabilities.

Outstanding Mentor Award: To give due recognition to the mentors of Inclusive Organizations who assist employees with disabilities in coping with difficulties at work and in integrating into the work team.

Outstanding Inclusive Team Award: To give due recognition to the mentors/ teams of Inclusive Organisations who/ which actively build an inclusive workplace, and assist employees with disabilities in coping with difficulties at work and in integrating into the work team.
