The Hong Kong ICT Awards

Award background: The Hong Kong ICT Awards recognize, promote and commend the excellent achievements to which Hong Kong ICT professionals and organisations contribute. The Awards also encourage local practitioners to develop innovative and creative ICT solutions, which will uplift the image of Hong Kong ICT sectors, both locally and internationally.
The Awards are coordinated and administered by an Organizing Committee, chaired by the Government Chief Information Officer with members from the industry, the academia and the Government.

2007:
Information Accessibility Centre won five Hong Kong ICT Awards 2007 for its four projects: Tele-Digital Library for the Visually Impaired, Computer Support Helpdesk, Netshare for the Blind and Scan to Light.
2008:
Central Braille Production Centre Won a Hong Kong ICT Awards 2008 for its Brialle E-book Reservation System.
IAC won five Hong Kong ICT Awards 2007 for its four projects: Tele-Digital Library for the Visually Impaired, Computer Support Helpdesk, Netshare for the Blind and Scan to Light.
