Empower Shop

End of content

The Empower Shop which is operated under the Career Support and Development Centre of The Hong Kong Society for the Blind,  was opened on 10th June 2008.  Thanks to the financial support from the “Sight Restoration Campaign Fund” set up by the Lions Club of Happy Valley and the Hong Kong Society for the Blind, the Empower Shop provides a training platform for our visually impaired job-seekers, aiming to let them learn and practise their communication and related skills for open employment in future. Through the sales activities taken up by the visually impaired trainees in the shop, it will enhance community understanding of the working ability of the visually impaired .
