Lions Club of Repulse Bay Rehabilitation Bus Donation Ceremony Cum Tour Visit of HKSB

The Lions Club of Repulse Bay Rehabilitation Bus Donation Ceremony Cum Tour Visit of HKSB jointly organized by Lions Club of Repulse Bay and The Hong Kong Society for the Blind was successfully held on 24th May, 2008.

The Society would like to express once again our sincere gratitude to the Lions Club of Repulse Bay for their generous donation of a Rehab Bus to the Bradbury Care & Attention Home for the Aged Blind. The Rehab Bus will provide transportation service for the residents of the Home for medical follow up and outdoor activities.

Officiating Guests at the Ceremony included: Mr. Tommy Leung, District Governor of Lions Clubs International District 303 HK & Macau, China, Mr. Lawrence Cheng, famous artist, Mrs. Elaine Yue, District Officer of Shamshuipo District of Social Welfare Department, Mr. Lam Wai Pong, Chairman of Residential Services Committee of the Hong Kong Society for the Blind, Mr. Kenny Chan, Vice District Governor 2008-2009 of Lions Clubs International District 303 HK & Macau, China, Mrs. Grace Chan, JP, Chief Executive of Asia Foundation for the Prevention of Blindness, Mr. Chan Man Hung, Zone IV Chairperson of Lions Clubs International District 303 HK & Macau, China, Mr. Mathew Chung, President of Lions Club of Repulse Bay and Co-chairmen of the Organizing Committee: Mr. Raymond Mok, Second Vice President of Lions Club of Repulse Bay and Ms. Maureen Tam, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Society for the Blind.
