For accurate, reliable, socially graceful access to a computer screen, there is nothing like a PowerBraille!  For many years, blind computer users have found that refreshable braille is a terrific way to interact, with a dynamic computer screen. Sizes 40 and 80 cells are available to meet all access needs. Thumb-controlled rocker bars let you roam the screen while simultaneously reading text on the display, and provide independent movement of the display and cursor.  All PowerBraille models have a serial and a parallel port.
